Privacy policy
Effective 22 October 2026.
In short
- No account, no sign-in, no name, email or phone number.
- Everything you record stays on your phone by default.
- Two features can send data, and both are off until you turn them on: an encrypted backup that we cannot read, and anonymous usage counts.
- No ads, no tracking, and no third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or attribution software in the app.

Ket Free is provided by CanYouGrab.it ("we"). For anything about your data, email support@ketfree.com.
What stays on your phone
Your counter, check-ins, symptoms, use you log, purchases, reasons and photos, cut-back plans and settings are stored only on your phone. Photos you choose for your reasons never leave it. Reminders are scheduled on the phone; nothing goes through Apple or Google push services. The app lock PIN and backup key are kept in your phone's secure storage.

Server logs stay on the server that wrote them and are overwritten within days. We never log what you send, and never log your full IP address.
If you email us
If you email support@ketfree.com, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and to improve the app, and delete it when you ask.
How long we keep it
- Usage counts: 90 days, or until you turn usage counts off, which deletes them.
- Your install id and backups: until you choose Settings › Delete everything, or automatically 24 months after the app last used them.
- Emails: until the conversation is finished, or sooner if you ask.
Your choices and rights
- Turn backup and usage counts on or off at any time in Settings.
- Settings › Delete everything removes all data on the phone and, when online, everything our server holds for your install.
- Settings › Export gives you a copy of everything on the phone as a file.
- For any other request, such as access, correction or deletion, email support@ketfree.com. Because we hold nothing that identifies you, we may need your help to find your install's data.
If you are in the UK or the EU you can complain to your data protection authority, for example the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK.
Legal basis
Information about drug use and health is sensitive. We process it only when you turn on a feature that needs it, with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw by turning the feature off. Shortened IP addresses in logs are kept for our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
Who helps us run it
Our servers and storage are run by DigitalOcean in New York, USA. If you are outside the US, data you choose to send is transferred there under DigitalOcean's data processing terms. We do not sell or share data with anyone else. Cloudflare provides our domain's DNS only and does not carry the app's traffic.
Age
Ket Free is for adults aged 18 and over. The app asks your age when you start and does not store or send the answer.
This website
ketfree.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts or fonts, and its server does not log visits.
Changes
We will update this page when what the app does changes, and change the date at the top. If a change means more data could leave your phone, the app will ask you first.
