Common questions
- I lost my phone. Can I get my data back?
- Only if you turned on the encrypted backup and kept the recovery code. Install Ket Free on the new phone, open Settings › Encrypted backup, choose Restore from a recovery code and enter it. Without the code nobody, including us, can open the backup.
- How do I delete everything?
- Settings › Delete everything. It removes all data on the phone, and, if you are online, your backup and anything else our server holds for your install.
- Can someone see that I use the app?
- Turn on discreet mode in Settings: a plain icon named "Notes", reminders that say only "Daily check-in", and a blank screen in the app switcher. You can also add an app lock.
